Steve Stevenson
President
Steve Stevenson serves as president of Comdata Corporation and Ceridian Stored Value Solutions (SVS). Steve is a longtime executive within the payments industry, including the role of chief financial officer for National Processing Company. Prior to joining NPC, he was chief financial officer at Elavon, a subsidiary of U.S. Bancorp. Steve is a graduate of Georgia State University in Atlanta, is a certified public accountant and earned an MBA from Dominican University.
Mark Schatz
General Manager, SVS
Mark Schatz brings more than 25 years of payments, stored value and financial services experience to the company. Prior to joining Stored Value Solutions, Mark held senior leadership roles at Fifth Third, Discover - and National Processing Company where he served as General Manager of the 2nd largest merchant services business in the U.S. Mark is a graduate of the University of Colorado and holds an MBA in International Business from the University of South Carolina.
Germain Roesch
Executive Vice President & Managing Director of
SVS International
Germain is responsible for expanding and developing SVS' presence and capabilities on all continents. Germain holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Angers (ESSCA), France. Based in Paris, he joined the company in 2007. Germain has a 15 year track record of international activities in Sales, Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, and has worked in various sectors including Retail and Financial Institutions. Germain has a passion for service excellence and enjoys working in a multicultural environment.
Keith Sorrels
Senior Vice President, Sales & New Business Development
Keith provides leadership for sales and business development efforts. He is the former vice president of sales and implementation services for Ceridian's Time and Attendance and Human Resource Self-Service businesses. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS, Keith spent 10 years in sales and management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, which is now Hewlett Packard. Keith has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
Stephan Koukis
Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships
Stephan provides leadership for the growth of our client portfolio and the strategic development of global alliances. Prior to this, Stephan held a variety of management positions at Visa International, AT&T Corporation and IBM. He brings a broad range of business development, consulting services, and risk management experience across the electronic payments, retail, and technology industries. His background also includes extensive experience directing global initiatives overseas for US-based multinational clients across Europe and Asia. Stephan earned a B.S. in Computer Science from San Francisco University.
Rick Fletcher
Senior Vice President, Marketing
Rick is responsible for new company initiatives and new product development, as well as leading traditional marketing activities. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS in 2009, he served in various strategic roles at Deloitte Consulting, GE, and Nestle. Rick also has experience in project management, customer relations, and sales management. He has a BS in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Michelle Brown
Senior Vice President, Client Services
Michelle joined Ceridian SVS in July 2002 and has served as vice president of Client Services since June 2009. She has over 18 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, and finance. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS, she held various management positions at Gap, Inc., including managing their gift card program. Michelle is a graduate of Heald Business College and attended Notre Dame De Namur University in Belmont, CA.
Tom Ross
Senior Vice President, Information Technology
Tom is responsible for all information technology, including network support, new product development, and data center operations. He has a broad background in application development, operations, and customer support, including over 19 years in the payment services and prepaid industry. Tom holds a business degree from Eastern Illinois University with a concentration in computer systems management.
Matt Frawley
Senior Vice President, Global Services
Matt leads Global Card Production, Implementation Services, Business Operations, and the Call Center. He has more than 15 years experience leading organizations that service highly complex customers. Most recently, Matt worked as a VP in Ceridian's Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) business unit with responsibility for Implementation Services, the Project Management Office (PMO), and Content Management. Prior to his work in HRO, he led Ceridian's national Time & Attendance Implementation and Call Center organizations. Matt holds an MBA from Bellarmine University and a B.S. in MIS from Clarkson University.
Don Pollard
Senior Vice President, Finance
Don joined Ceridian SVS in August 2002 and has served as vice president of finance since February 2004. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS, he served as chief accounting officer for Franklin Career Services. Don has also held corporate controller positions with Hi-Tech Mold and Tool, Allied Sporting Goods, and Taylor Drug Stores, all located in Louisville, KY. Don holds a BS in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.
Ray Mitchell
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Ray joined SVS in April 2011 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ray has more than 18 years of progressive human resources leadership experience in the quick service restaurant and healthcare industries. Prior to joining SVS, he held various Human Resources leadership positions at Papa John's International, Inc. where was responsible for talent acquisition, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, HRIS and other HR programs. Ray has been PHR certified since 1998. He holds a B.B.A. from McKendree College and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Leadership.
