Ralph Rolen

Executive Vice President & General Manager

Ralph became general manager of Ceridian SVS in November 2008. From 2006 to 2008, he was chief operating executive for Total Merchant Services, a privately held independent payments processor. He has also served in senior leadership positions with First Data Corporation and First Horizon National Corporation. Ralph received his MBA from the University of Texas.

Keith Sorrels

Senior Vice President, Sales & New Business Development

Keith provides leadership for sales and business development efforts. He is the former vice president of sales and implementation services for Ceridian's Time and Attendance and Human Resource Self-Service businesses. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS, Keith spent 10 years in sales and management roles at Digital Equipment Corporation, which is now Hewlett Packard. Keith has a BA in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.

Tom Ross

Senior Vice President, Information Technology

Tom is responsible for all information technology, including network support, new product development, and data center operations. He has a broad background in application development, operations, and customer support, including over 19 years in the payment services and prepaid industry. Tom holds a business degree from Eastern Illinois University with a concentration in computer systems management.

Rosie Allocco

Senior Vice President, Support Services

Rosie leads Implementation Services, Business Operations, Card Production, and the Call Center. She has a multi-faceted background in implementations, IT, audit, and operations, including experiences at National Processing Company and First Tennessee. Since joining Ceridian SVS in 2001, Rosie's priority has been to provide repeatable and reliable back office support for all Ceridian SVS clients. Rosie attended the University of Louisville.

Stephan Koukis

Senior Vice President, Strategic Partnerships

Stephan provides leadership for the growth of our client portfolio and the strategic development of global alliances. Prior to this, Stephan held a variety of management positions at Visa International, AT&T Corporation and IBM. He brings a broad range of business development, consulting services, and risk management experience across the electronic payments, retail, and technology industries. His background also includes extensive experience directing global initiatives overseas for US-based multinational clients across Europe and Asia. Stephan earned a B.S. in Computer Science from San Francisco University.

Tanya Sanders

Senior Vice President, Ceridian SVS Sales

Tanya’s primary focus is growing the market share by leading the Ceridian SVS Sales force, developing and managing sales strategy and acquiring new Clients. Tanya joins Ceridian SVS with 14 years of industry experience, including sales leadership roles with a variety of American Express business units and geographic regions including Russia and the former Soviet Union and 3 major markets in the USA. Tanya holds two Masters Degrees: a MBA in International Business from Moscow International Trade Academy and a Masters in Language Arts from Moscow State Linguistic University.

Michelle Brown

Vice President, Client Services

Michelle joined Ceridian SVS in July 2002 and has served as vice president of Client Services since June 2009. She has over 18 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, and finance. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS, she held various management positions at Gap, Inc., including managing their gift card program. Michelle is a graduate of Heald Business College and attended Notre Dame De Namur University in Belmont, CA.

Rick Fletcher

Vice President, Marketing

Rick is responsible for new company initiatives and new product development, as well as leading traditional marketing activities. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS in 2009, he served in various strategic roles at Deloitte Consulting, GE, and Nestle. Rick also has experience in project management, customer relations, and sales management. He has a BS in Marketing from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Greg Hopper

Vice President, Card Production

Greg manages gift card production and fulfillment, including plastic and carrier printing, personalization, affixing, and distribution. He has a background in print purchasing, procurement, retail management, and 15 years of experience in the financial transaction industry. A certified Green Belt, Greg has a passion for Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and other process-improvement programs.

Patricia Maxwell

Vice President, Quality

Patricia oversees quality-improvement efforts. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS in 2009, she served as vice president of quality for GE's Money Retail Sales Finance division. Patricia has over 10 years of corporate quality experience within GE, as well as 10 years of experience in business analytics with GE, Fingerhut, and the USDA Forestry Services. Patricia holds a MS in Statistics and a BS in Mathematics and Statistics from Utah State University.

Don Pollard

Vice President, Finance

Don joined Ceridian SVS in August 2002 and has served as vice president of finance since February 2004. Prior to joining Ceridian SVS, he served as chief accounting officer for Franklin Career Services. Don has also held corporate controller positions with Hi-Tech Mold and Tool, Allied Sporting Goods, and Taylor Drug Stores, all located in Louisville, KY. Don holds a BS in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.

Andrea Whelan

Vice President, Human Resources

Andrea leads the human capital management strategies for Ceridian SVS Global. She has 14 years of experience in performance management, having previously lead human resource initiatives for PETCO, Nextel Partners, and Sprint. Andrea holds a BA in Organizational and Business Communications from the University of Kentucky.
